If we fail to meet your expectations, please tell us right away.
The sooner we know of a problem, the sooner we can take steps to make it right. Please let us know by contacting our sales and services representatives immediately (or within 10 days) of receiving your parts. We will do everything we can to remake or rework your parts in a timely fashion.
What will shipping cost?
Shipping costs will vary by the weight of your shipment, your “ship to” address, your desired carrier and your chosen ship method and priority. We are happy to ship on your account numbers (UPS, FedEx or DHL) so that you can take advantage of special rates you have negotiated with your carrier.
Standard shipping from Gompf Brackets, Inc. is by UPS Ground, prepaid and added to your invoice. If you want an expedited service, we ask that you put it in writing on your PO. As FedEx charges us $3.26 per box for FedEx Ground pickup, we prefer to ship UPS Ground.
