Quotes can be requested via e-mail, fax, phone or mail. Please contact us.
Our system will accept, but is not limited to, the following drawing formats:
*Please let us know if you need help or are having trouble with sending information.
How long will it take to get a quote?
The turnaround time for a 1-2 part quote is usually 1-3 business days. It can take longer if we need to contact our off shore facility, if there are multiple part numbers or if there are special materials/processes required. To expedite your quote, please make certain that you provide the quantity of parts needed and the time frame needed in when requesting a quote. If there is a “drop dead” quantity or urgent need, we will do our best to accommodate your request but ask you to note that all quote requests are processed in the order in which they are received.
Why do you need a drawing?
We really need to know what your part looks like and the relative size of your part before we can quote on it. We don’t need a formal CAD drawing to quote but we do need to get a rough sketch with dimensions so that we can create a drawing in house. You may feel your parts is a standard “off the shelf” part, but if it was, we wouldn’t have 4,000 different parts in our catalog. If you visit our website and find a part close to one that would work for you, print the drawing, mark it up with the changes you need and give us a little time to assign it a new part # and provide a quote.
How long will it take to get my parts?
The time needed to make your parts is most affected by the quantity of parts ordered and the method of production (stamped, milled, laser cut or molded). The lead time will be set by the time the manufacturing process takes. Stamped parts are made offshore and come to us via sea. It can take 6-10 weeks before we’ll have your stamped parts in-house and available to ship. We can always bring parts in from Asia by air, saving 2-3 weeks transit time by sea but this has an added cost to you. Laser cut and milled parts made in our facility in Mukilteo, WA USA and can take anywhere from 5 days to 5 weeks depending on the quantity ordered, the number of different “manufacturing processes” involved and our current workload “in-house”.
